I think there are a number of countries that are really bothered by the individual teams since they see it as a case of special treatment, which it is.   I think FIFA would love to change the situation on general principles.

I thought that Nolan was going to revisit the Inception ending.   When Alfred's eye's showed the flash of recognition in the cafe, I expected the screen to go to black. With the hint that Wayne survived but no confirmation.  I'm glad it didn't do that but that would have been a cool call-back.

Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.  It is one of the only movies I've ever walked out on.   It's one of my favorite books and Gilliam is one of my favorite filmmakers.   And I will generally enjoy most things that Depp or Del Toro are in.   For some reason thought I just hated it.
