I enjoyed the first season fine.   The first episode of the second season I found totally hilarious though.   I think this episode was not quite as good as last week's, but I think my goodwill continued based on that show.   Because overall I'd also say that the second season has improved on the first.

The Tom Tom club's first album outsold every Talking Heads album that had been released at that point. Speaking in Tongues and Stop Making Sense were bigger hits afterwards though.

I think the organizers have done a great job on the logistics of the festival since it started.   I went to the second show when it was only one day headlined by Jane's Addiction and Weezer.    I went to 3 more but only for one day each.   I was bummed when they switched to only selling 3 day passes a couple of years…

Just last weekend I caught a recent film she was in, called Peep World.   The cast was amazing though the movie was only OK.   She was very good in her smallish part as the mother in a very dysfunctional family.

I liked the cover but I was already won over by Grouplove.   They played at one of those big radio station concerts (91X-fest) in San Diego last month.   They were lots of fun live.   And the woman singer was adorable.
