Considering Alex Newell dressed in drag twice on "The Glee Project" (and has that ridiculous range), I think it was more that the producers wanted to play up his "gimmick."

Uh, considering no one in the episode had ANY problem with her performing on stage in a dress aside from Jesse St. James (who probably was just afraid of how they would fare in the competition) and Kurt and Mercedes (who were just concerned for her well-being), you're overreacting and sound oddly overly concerned.
Aside from Alex Wade, I was also incredibly bored. Aside from "Disco Inferno" and "Boogie Shoes," not one of the songs held ANY appeal. All that poorly done falsetto was grating.
Sure, they could easily apply on her behalf. They'd just need:
I have no idea why Finn doesn't try to learn how to be a mechanic from Bert. That's a marketable skill he can take practically anywhere with him.
It was worse than that. Will seemed to have no idea when a person gets their JD: "And you're off to law school to make it happen! Amazing."
He was amazing on the Glee Project, and I'm pretty surprised how well they handled his storyline in this episode. It remains to be seen how it'll pan out in future eps (if it does at all), but if nothing his character is a rare portrayal of a transgendered person who is not "damaged."
At least she's not a senior, so there'll be opportunities for her next season.
Street meat from the halal carts is awesome. I'd say that stuck-up bitch needs to get off her high horse, but that plotline already ran its course.
No, she got huge applause because, upon entering, she said that unlike Kim Kardashian, she works for a living.
I think the check was counted in a previous episode, no?
I think Adele could be done well on these kinds of shows, so long as the song comes from 19 and not 21. "Daydreamer," "Crazy for You," and "First Love" all have enough room in them to allow a singer to make it their own.
@Meander061:disqus , so your defense of the show is nothing aside from "I like it"?
You're giving this show far too much credit. I get why she's at the diner. What I don't get is why she didn't at any point in the episode realize she could make money helping people with their taxes, even after visiting that hipster tax place. It's not about her moving on, it's about her using that extra money as…
Why the hell is Caroline working in a diner when she has marketable skills (like doing people's taxes well)? I get why she can't work on Wall Street, but there's no reason she couldn't pull in a bunch of outside money by doing people's taxes out of their apartment. Or even at the diner.
It took me a couple of months of bitching about his American Dad! coverage, but Rowan grew on me.
He's onto us.
TVDW, you kind of flubbed the whole Ken Cosgrove story thing.
Medicine ball? Rowan, if it wasn't painfully clear before that you were/are a nerd, it is now.
Such a weird yet awesome block of television.
