That is a good point. I wonder who is the oldest touring musician is now? Chuck is 89 now, he has to be one of the oldest.

Finally some REAL rock & roll! The Stones still got it, there newest albums like "Tattoo You" really rock. Everything from the 70s and 80s was awesome, music sucks now, it is just that rap garbage and autotttune stuff. I miss the days when we had REAL artists like Boston, Pink Floyd, Kansas, Aerosmieith, and Deaf

Good point, but I don't think anyone "margarines" things, they only butter things, even if they are using I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!

I need to go there. Been by that area a lot of times but never thought to go see it. Side note, a friend of mine was watching Drugstore Cowboy one night and when it cut to the scene where they go to Matt Dillon's Mother's house, he discovered he is sitting in the very house those scenes were shot it. The next day

nah, it is where they were shitting. That article above describes it in lovely detail. And of course the NYdaily News has a photo, although thankfully it isn't close up:

I'm sending it to a Canadian I know.

I'm near SE 6th and Yamhill, about ready to go jogging using a 25oz Natural Ice as my motivation.

Yes, I stand corrected, I was in the middle of something and not 100% engaged in the conversation when I typed that. I was thinking of Ammon Bundy who was from Idaho (not Utah). I say "was" because Google Maps tells me he is currently 1.1 miles walking distance from where I'm sitting at right now just across the

I spent a year in Australia and people thought it was funny that I had a friend named Randy. ("So you are saying a friend named Horny?!?")

No no, those are Utah folks. They just came to our state to shit everywhere, literally and figuratively.

I'm from Oreygun.

PEI or GTFO

I will just put on an Izzy solo album instead.

"Nosh". This word, ugh. Why does it drive me nuts? It sounds like a made up word from the folks who make restaurant menus without decimal points or trailing zeroes.

Heh. It looks like there is one called "Canadian Thrust". It is mentioned in the link I posted on this thread. It is also in a google image search (I've posted enough links already, don't want to get flagged as spam)

Interesting. I've seen this movie a zillion times and never thought to memorize them unlike the launch codes and such. "Far East Strategy" is the only one I can think of offhand.

From Barry Corbin's website about the origin of the famous spark plug line:

..And no mention of the new and exciting way of buttering corn on the cob. For shame Mike, for shame.

The ColecoVision version of this game is really good and still holds up. The ColecoVision emulator and Wargames ROM can be found on the net if you are curious. The game is a lot like missile command but it bit more frantic and spread out over multiple screens.

Was waiting for someone to mention this. For years I could get into my friend's email account using this password.
