I'm using a wired Xbox 360 controller and it plays much smoother with that. I tried to use a mouse and keyboard but there was just too much lag (if you want to call it that) even when I turned down the graphics settings and boosted the sensitivity.

The only graphics mod I have is the realistic blood one. I'm playing it on Ultra on my PC and it looks great.
