    The FIRST time? Damn…

They don't, thats why they showed you the previously scene.

nah, good horror movies have characters that you like and they die anyway. if you just cant wait for them to die its not really great.

You know, I like Hallowen and its imediate sequel, but I watched the first Friday 13th recently and what a piece of crap movie. Nothing is scary, the camera work ( usually my favorite thing in horror movies) is terrible and I wanted every single character dead.

Ugh, no thanks on redemption arc.

I just dont like Hunter and thought he wqs even more annoying this episode.

If this season ends with simmons killing ward (somehow, idk), I'll forgive every misstep this show ever had.

What, I've been watching gotham on hulu the day after the episode airs.

    not peanuts, or mafalda.

you do know constatine is a fictional character, right?

I like it too, a lot. I first watched before reading any hellblazer, and loved it, and a few years later, after reading a fuck ton of hellblazer I watched again and still loved it. but I'm generally not a purist when it comes to adaptations.

hellblazer is probably the comic I'm most familiar with and constatine is most likely the comic book character I've read most about. I'm not a purist when it comes to book/comic books adaptations to movie/tv, I even like the constatine movie quite a lot, and this show, well, I didnt hate it. is very much a pilot, so

the av club seems to have an unexplainable hate-boner for gotham. is so over the top that is amusing.

is this like the *jif* vs *gif* fight? jif sounds stupid, and so does constan-tine, thats why people dont say it.

Why do you think it will fail?

no because I'm not a sociopath that enjoys seeing women get beat up.

    you'd be surprise

the one thing I really liked about this episode was how they showed thea, laurel and felicity. felicity had a small part, but just showing how damn competent she is, is delightful.

    SARAAAAAAAAAAA!

if the mcu didnt already had a hulk, I would think MacLachlan character would be agent's twisted interpretation of that, what with the doctor/monster dynamic and all the green light on him.
