I've watched that clip from Mauvais Sang probably 100 times. It may be one of my favorite movie scenes of all time. Carax is a genius and the long shot is incredible and the music so perfectly captures a very specific mood- excellent.

Yes. The running in Kon movies is amazing- especially Millennium Actress.

Did anyone notice the word portmanteau was used in both this review and Bob's Burgers review tonight? It's a pretty good one I guess and used in the right context in both instanced- still strange.

Love the idea. Or perhaps just an entire primer on Catch-22/Streetlight Manifesto. Maybe that's too much of a stretch.

Confession. I've been watching it pretty regularly since it began and it's pretty hilarious. I think it's got some pretty decent self-awareness. Amy's comedy is absolutely hilarious. There's a pretty good youtube video of her shooting down a heckler but aside from that the internetz just doesn't have enough of her standup.
