I liked NATM all right, but when I showed it to my brother recently (he's in high school), I had to keep pausing to explain what movie was being made fun of, otherwise everything was going over his head.

I think he taught acting in Montana and director John Dahl was one of his students; Dahl later cast him in "The Last Seduction" and "You Kill Me". I was hoping that would be brought up.

And then wasn't "Glitter" the director's next movie?

A miniseries about a West Point class torn apart by the Civil War? Kinda like "North and South" starring Patrick Swayze?
