A F&B spot made a joke about how the guys didn't think "obfuscate" was a real word, clearly insinuating that the judge using it was an old fogey and NOT that the guys were dopes. Every 2L knows what obfuscate means, it's a well-known, if not oft-used, piece of legal jargon. I wasn't going to watch it anyway, but it

UGH. GameFAQs. After my failed attempt at playing (i.e., attempting to walk in a straight line in, swearing at, failing to find the "exit game" menu in, and then just CTRL+ALT+DELETE-ing into oblivion) FFIX, I immediately went to that site to complain on the boards, as one does. As a former three-year addict of WoW, I can assure you that "tactical opacity" is an astute assessment. If your raid instances require all players to either 1) endure a dozen hours of trial and error, or 2) do advance research in order to succeed, your game is broken.

At what point does "demands to be seen twice" become a liability? The second viewing is usually meant for picking up on small hints and details, not the meat of the story.

I just saw this now, and having not consumed this story in any other way beforehand, I was pretty confused the whole time.  It's like when you fall asleep in the middle of a movie you've never seen before and then wake up and are completely lost…except I was awake the whole time.  "Better understood on a second

I played hooky from work to be online for the first day of World of Warcraft: Cataclysm. I played from 4:00 a.m. eastern time (slept in an hour! yikes!) to 11:00 p.m., stopping once to eat. It was the best day of my gaming life, and one of the best days of my life overall.

At this point, the only parts of The Office I will acknowledge as ever having existed are the first three seasons, "Niagara", and "Goodbye, Michael". If I pretend the rest never came into being, those parts will remain pure.

I'd like to see Jon Snow finding identity with the Wildlings and uniting them with the Northmen against the White Walkers. Of course, his biggest hurdle to that would be convincing the Watch that slaying Halfhand was a matter of strategy while also maintaning Mance Rayder's presumed trust. This, unfortunately,

Nah, no one is dead until you see a corpse.  This rule fueled my belief that Sirius Black was actually alive for a long, long time.
