My favorite too. He has (had?) a really fun role on Burn Notice that's totally unlike anything I've seen him do before. Good stuff.

At least we can agree that Roseanne thinks they're all a bunch of self-important jerks.

Yes, Frasier made it all stick together, but this show crashes and burns two seasons in at best without the extraordinary supporting cast, including the "invisible" supporting cast of Cheers. 11 seasons will never be matched by a 3-camera again.

They definitely had me hooked with the (SPOILERS)

If you’re on a plane and the only thing showing is the remake of Arthur, you need to take a blindfold with you.

Can't think of another character actor who transformed this completely from his last starring role to the next quite like Chiklis as Mackey. (although certainly Brian Cranston comes to mind, but he was never the lead before Breaking Bad). Stunning bit of casting and good for Chiklis, who busted his butt personally and

Love her. A pro's pro.The more mature, thinking man's (and non-Canadian) Ellen Page.  Pencil her in for an Emmy next year. It's her turn on Parenthood (again, arguably, since she owned season 3 as well), now that we're done with"Kristina has cancer".

Love that she keeps up with the voice work. She is excellent (and

It's in my top 5 or 10 as well. Good taste!

I have made the argument that Christine Taylor is in the Top 5 all-time hottest Jerry girlfriends on Seinfeld. Always delightful!

He's the only choice left once Ray Wise dies.

We could have had two more years of Puddy?!? Hmmm. It sounds like it would have been amazing, but would some of the appeal have been lost by Season 9, which was elevated  from a B+ to and A- by his return? (It was worth it just for the image of Jerry smoking the cigar, cackling and collecting Elaine's relapse money)

Agreed; I just pre-ordered the coffee table book on Amazon.

I discovered everything that was written about this song and about Diamond Dave in particular just this past weekend. It came on the radio and my 5-year old was making his "guitar-rock" face and diggin it in general. So, yeah, Runnin' with the Devil is the perfect rock song for 5 year old boys.

Anyone else think it's odd how Kyle Maclachlan and Ray Wise are looking more like each other over time? Is it even odder that the former looks much older than the latter?

Nice catch. Thanks.

What about James Cromwell in that Jack Ryan/Harrison Ford movie? How dare you sir indeed.

Has there ever been a William Goldman primer/gateway to geekery? He seems like a good candidate, although I'm not sure there would be a clear "Goldman style" or thematic style to tie it all together, besides the big hook mentioned above. It's always more impressive when you see these "resumes" rather than just sort of

So, yeah, there are as many opinions here as there are inane tap dance sequences in Happy Feet, however, it is indisputable that the firecracker sequence from Holiday Inn is awesome. Also, basically everything in Singin' in the Rain.

It is soon to be a moot point (moot as in boot ) since the whole thing is now officially Autism Spectrum Disorders

As the parent of not one, but two kids with autism, I both look forward to and dread seeing what happens with Max in adolescence. scary stuff….
