All of Southern Tier's Blackwater Series - Choklat, Creme Brulee, Jahva - are great after dinner beers.  I find that few are better than ST at aroma hops and fragrant ingredients; without exception, their beers smell wonderful.

California, especially San Diego and NorCal, has an abundance of fantastic craft breweries but the one thing we lack is generally pumpkin beers, probably because we don't have much in the way of seasons.  There's a few - Bruery's Autumn Maple, which is not a pumpkin but a yam beer, is pretty nice.
