I was moving from Texas to Utah in late August 2008 and stopped for the night in Durango, Colorado. This was so far pre-Yelp, I think I picked the restaurant out of the book in the hotel room. haha my buffalo cauliflower is much simpler. Oil, salt, pepper on the cauliflower, roast until crispy on the edges. Combine equal parts hot sauce and melted butter. Put the cauliflower in a tupperware with the sauce and shake. Eat.

Just discovered your site and have to say this is the most entertaining food video of all times. That tiny extra-terrestrial Julia Child is brilliant, but missed seeing her EATING the grub! Will definitely try the recipe. 

Since I have started making curries, I have learned how AMAZING cauliflower is. I cannot get enough of it.
