I really enjoyed when Christopher Walken affixed "googly-eyes" to various plants.  I immediately re-watched the sketch when it was done.

Didn't he bite the MTV stunt off of Ol' Dirty?  "Biting" is the definition of manufacturing a caricature of cool.  ODB took the stage at the Grammy Awards (which are a bigger deal than the VMAs) when Puff Daddy won best rap album in 1999.

First, I heard Nouvelle Vague's calypso version of She's Lost Control.  Then I watched the docudrama about Joy Division, Control, and that spurred me to acquire the band's albums.

i enjoy Comedy Bang Bang, but i loved the episodes where fellow Mr. Show alumnist Jerry Minor's "Cyber-Thug" took over.

I thought there were good scenes in tonight's episode, it seems like a majority of the characters are displaying the height of of their incompetence.  "Neil" should have killed Merle after Merle threatened him for speaking his mind when he had the chance.  Andrea is breaking the rules of the community she's chosen to

I think "On Cinema" is a satire of film reviewing (which is why i think it'd be a good podcast for the AVClub to cover), that is tonally consistent with Tim Heidecker's stand-up.  Tim & Neil Hamburger exhibit no appreciable knowledge of film but they don't let that stop them.
