I think "On Cinema" is a satire of film reviewing (which is why i think it'd be a good podcast for the AVClub to cover), that is tonally consistent with Tim Heidecker's stand-up. Tim & Neil Hamburger exhibit no appreciable knowledge of film but they don't let that stop them.
