Supergirl is the only thing I watch now that Lucifer is on break and Timeless aired its last episode.

You could probably just start with the 2nd season as they dropped several themes from the 1st season anyway.

Oddly enough Green Arrow didn't even show up in the last episode except in a flashback. I can imagine the hue and cry if there were an episode where Kara never put on the Supergirl costume for the entire episode.

That would be a great title for an upcoming episode.

Ollie threw Green Arrow under the bus in the last episode so now all new episodes will just be Ollie as Mayor. I don't think Green Arrow even showed up in the last episode except in one of the flashback scenes.

I think it is just a mask he wears to cover up the cyborg parts. It's been knocked off a few time exposing the wheels and gears underneath.

I am guessing Jenna didn't want to make the move to Vancouver or she got another project in the meantime. They did sort of a soft re-boot when the show moved to the CW.

Yeah, basically James had no where to go. He was already a good guy. Mon-El starts as a lazy party dude-bro and is trying to be a better person. So there is more room for growth.

Non was created for the Superman movies and then Non was introduced into the comic books. Then Non appeared in several episodes of Supergirl. Also Eve Teschmacher from the Superman movies is now on Supergirl and was even in an episode of The Flash.
