I haven't watched this yet but I feel like there is a lot of Punch Drunk Love in the trailers. For people who have seen it is there?

I'll never understand the bizarre hostility that Fleetwood mac inspires on this board. Have those people actually listened to Rumors and Tusk. They are great well made albums with very well written songs. Lyrically they're even dark too if that somehow inches up their cool rating.

I saw this having no knowledge of The Thick of It and just loved it. I was really surprised of both very funny and very vicious this film is. It reminds me a lot of Catch-22. A whole lot of big laughs on  asubject that isn't very funny at all.

I don't think the revelation in Magnolia is everything is connected. It has much more to do with mental scars parents inflict on children. And also about PTA getting over his dads death.

completley disagree. Watched it recently and brilliant cast and very smart script hold up. Also the effects are great despite the movie being old.
