Don't worry, I liked Part I better as well.  Michael Corleone's ascent is so perfectly executed, by the time we get to those final moments I just feel such a rush of excitement mixed with a horrible sense of dread, it's brilliant.

I think Pacino is sooooo handsome in the Godfather movies.  All those beautiful suits, le sigh!

I'm kinda tempted to do the same and re-read those bits.  It's like, I could tell those chapters were packed with information, but now that the narrative is really rolling I realize I have forgotten a lot of key details.  Oh well!

Ah, that's cool to learn, I didn't really know anything about the production.  I just thought I'd watch a Poe adaptation and that one seemed promising.  I guess overall it didn't change my life or anything, but it was still worth watching once.

Hm, yeah, I wouldn't say I'm ashamed of watching it myself, though I feel like the writers should be a bit embarrassed with themselves for making such a boring show.  I don't need it to be campy (I have Smash for that), but still…  I bit of movement forward would be nice.

May I offer my 2 cents?  If you gotta go, you gotta go.  It's better to miss a few minutes of movie time than be so distracted by the thoughts of taking a piss that it cuts into your enjoyment of the movie.
