I ended up at the Margaritaville restaurant on the Las Vegas Strip when I was visiting there. It was exactly what I would have expected. The food was fine and the "Perfect Margarita" was very tasty and incredibly strong. I was buzzed pretty hard from that one drink for about two hours. I did not buy a t-shirt.
