God this band is fun.
Alkaline Trio is one of the only bands that a Warped Tour kid and I would agree on, which is impressive. Their albums play like slasher movies.

Way to answer the question in the most dickish way possible.
All you need to know is I'm not a ho.
First the Subway guy and now the jewelry store… life is rough for us Jareds who have to put up with it. And being named Jared.
Or maybe he's a hack AND an asshole.
It doesn't matter who is defining ethics here. It's up to you. I'm sure you've done all kinds of things that have violated your concept of what is right and what is wrong. Eating meat should be on the table, so to speak.
Because people hate it when you criticize what they do without thought. There's really no way to approach the concept of ethical vegetarianism without pissing a few very ign0rant people off. You don't even have to agree, you just need to consider it.
No, this band is actually, truly dogshit. It's amazing to me how they seem to get a free pass among people who pay attention to pop music. The singer is a narcissistic, melodramatic asshole and he fills his songs with goofy imagery. The rest is just bland, standard issue pop punk with nothing to separate them from…

Bizzarro A.V. Club.
Have you heard of this new rock and roll music?

An ex-insurance adjuster screaming about baldness and insomnia: how could you not love this shit?

To me, it feels like an extremely ambitious record that fails miserably at attaining what it goes for. He gets points for trying, but it's actually not a very good record. It's probably worth a (one) listen just because of how weird it is, but that's about it. Sorry, Ye.
I feel like I would have really loved that record. It's really a shame.
I don't know. To me, Sandinista! feels like the band pushing the London Calling concept to its logical conclusion.
Because it is. Let It Be is more of a compilation than anything else.
Yeah, I think, more than a decade removed from Nirvana being the biggest band in the world, In Utero has been revealed to be the best thing they ever did. I don't think they would have been able to make it the way they did were it not for Nevermind, but, artistically, it's a better piece. It comes a lot closer the…
Oh, definitely Mick Jones, assuming that I could get over the geeky "I love your music!" thing.
Also Dylan and the Clash and Joy Division. Honestly, who GIVES a fuck?
