I'm not really warming to the actress playing Michonne because she seems way too physically slight. Shes just not threatening looking. In the comic, she's basically this badass cypher, imposing from first glance. She'd be better embodied by a woman who looked more like Ann Wolfe.

I recently saw Neil Hamburger. The audience, most of whom didn't seem prepared for his act, was absolutely slayed by his performance.

Having the characters cutely wink to the callbacks isn't enough of an excuse to lazily referance past jokes. The only redeeming aspects of the episode, for me, were Charlie's obtuseness in the van-buying scene and Dee's "twink, twank, otter…" speech.

After such a long break, its great that PFT went into overdrive.

It is pretty damned good. I actually look forward to him getting a year or two's worth under his belt and listening to them back to back, like a good, twisted short story audiobook.

I loved the episode. That bathing suit line and the credit tag had me rolling.

In the early going, my interest was piqued in seeing how the show would handle weekly horror. I found the first few episodes of season one to have some genuine creeps, more of the unsettling-shock variety. My friends that watched it said they found it pretty scary too but that, along with interest in the shows plot

The first episode or series two sort of amped up why I lost interest in American Horror Story series one. Camp is very, very rarely capable of being scary. You can pull off clumsy or cliche and be scary but when you hit that melodrama-hysterical pitch and throw everything and the wall and hope it sticks element of

The less these people actually talk to each other, the better this show is. Brief exchanges, fine. The occasional confessional, okay. But, pretty soon they'll be yammering on with the same old arguments. "I DIDNT ASK TO BE A LEADER… Oh wait, actually, I did… uh nevermind… *clears throat* I'M JUST TRYING TO DO WHATS

Which is why this project confuses me. You know that thing you love mainly for the actors? Here it is without that. No thanks.

I'll bet everything I own their second choice for the lead was Adrien Brody. Just feels right, somehow.
