Maximillian is the chick's dad, right? I swear to fuck I remember that but both viewings of this movie as an adult gave me no such revelation.

I do wonder about the casting of Groot. Is that going to be the worst voice-acting gig ever, or the most amazing work-to-pay ratio voice-acting gig ever?
I don't see any sling bikinis in that concept art.
I can't say I disagree with any of that, White Suburban Punk; be that as it may, I think during the time Zhaan got she was a more confused collection of directionless ideas than say, D'Argo and Rygel, whose seeming idosyncracies almost always turn out to be well in (complex) character. Her irresistable look and Hey's…
What about Pin?
He gets a strong, if brief and little-noticed, rebuttal to this tendency near the end of the body-swapping episode when he points out that nobody ever listens to him (I think left unsaid: nobody even listens to him when he's not even him). And you can see the look on "Rygel"'s face (that is, his face, but whoever's…
God bless you, Oderus.
He sprayed every one of us.
I recall a segment on Entertainment Tonight or some shit about actors' ill-advised musical offerings, and they got to Pesci's "Little Joe (Sure Can Sing)".
I don't think they ever really got that strong a handle on what they wanted out of Zhaan.
Described in the commentary as "a cross between a wombat and the Syndney Opera House".
I listened to those two commentaries tonight. I also checked ahead based on the list that ThisIsNotAnInternetMeme provided - the next episode that had region 2/4 commentaries that weren't on either of the region 1 releases was the Season 2 premiere "Mind The Baby"…unfortunately the blu-rays (on this disc anyway, and I…
Any official word as to whether the asteroid in DNA contains a fossilized Budong? We definitely see a giant fossilized skull (nice touch!), and possibly some ribs later on.
I know, I know. Still, I think I did a pretty good job. Grayza - Neutral Evil - "Would you have a weapon in your armoury and leave it unused out of squeamish good taste?"
Yeah, I guess it's all a moot point now that I have the blu-rays…I'll try to lay out what commentaries are on there. (the packaging is minimal, it just says there are 14 on the season-1, for example)
Thanks! I'm a little shocked by how few commentaries there are on the originals that I paid such a fortune for.
Pilot's passive aggressive line is outdone only by Harvey's, watching the Three Stooges. That, combined with John's infuriated reaction, is one of my absolute favourite Farscape moments.
I've been putting off making an AD&D-style alignment grid for Farscape, and it's the events of DNA Mad Scientist that really throw off putting Zhaan and D'Argo on there (I ended up filling it up without them). Pretty broad gap between their ideals and their actions here, and not the last time for Zhaan for sure.
Also: is Ride The Lightning the most awesome, end-of-the-world sounding metal album ever, or will you smash yourself in the face with a hammer?
All good - and obvious to a fan - suggestions, though I never really got the love for Among The Living. And this is from a guy who loves their first two albums and actually quoted Anthrax in his high school yearbook.
