I'll miss it…
I don't care about it's logic holes, its stupidity, its sometimes dubious politics, its insistence on killing everyone I cared for except Jack and Chloe, its post season 5 dips, its tenuous grasp of what one knief to the stomach does to a man, let alone two, and its very creation of President Useless.

What did Keifer say in the intro? Just the usual platitudes? Or did he choke anyone out?

I cheered when Jack choked Chole out and uttered his immortal advice to all those he chokes out that he gives a damn about:

Yeah, agreed. It may not have kept the sustained brilliance of it's early seasons going - not a problem unique to 24 by any means - but I always came back to it, and I always enjoyed it.

I'm still a bit shocked by his non-appearance. I mean, come on! Every series but this one! It's just not cool…

"And it's going to be tough to sell a (mainstream) movie where the protagonist is no better than the bad guys."

"Why does everyone have to be so snarky? Show a little fucking compassion."

NOOOOOOOOOOOO!
It'd been said before, but I'll, say it again: Fuck Michael Bay.

Fuck Lawson
And Fuck Kermode, too. I couldn't give a shit what these pencil necked, namby-pamby, soft handed, thick stomached pair of ne'er-do-well's think of his accent.

Hoburn Washburne
Yeah.

Ah. So I just watched the trailer. Let me re-phrase:

wait a second…
"…talking like the bastard child of The Simpsons' Mr. Burns and A Confederacy Of Dunces' Ignatius J. Reilly…"

Except in this film he doesn't like the original king, is a lowly archer rather than a military leader being groomed to assume power and there's really only two battle scenes of any note, as opposed to the vast majority of the thing being made up of clashes between oiled up headbangers…

In a hell of a good way, yes…

Alligator. Or Boxer. Or High Violet.
