Astoundingly un-detestable

I turn my back for a couple of years and it gets this precious?

Well, I wasn't referring to the whole Arendt take on stuff, more the reviews use of 'mundanity', which, to be fair, I should have said. It's more the catch-all phrase as used day-to-day that I was suggesting is misplaced here. Which it is.

This review is weirdly negative. Snowtown (stupid name change) is one of the best films I've seen in years, especially considering the potential for treading familiar ground inherent in the subject matter. It's a uniquely chilling and sparse piece of work, offering no hysterics and very little hope. The 'banality of

The dogs death isn't seen. And as others said, if that bothers you more than the deaths of the humans, you might want to check your priorities a little bit…

Jesus Christ… I agree.

Lee is, as usual, totally correct.

total cunt. made me laugh, though…

hmmmm
As a non-US viewer, with zero knowledge of baseball or baseball players, and watching this years after its initial broadcast, I'm not sure if you're not overplaying it by saying:

fuck me…
"That line has the rhythm and cadence of soothing maternal advice and counsel even if it's literal to the point of absurdity; of course people who physically attack you because of your clothes are not your friend. Yet in Marge's mouth, it sounds soothing and wise all the same."

Jesus… I can say, with absolute accuracy, that I didn't read past the "please note" line, and am happy that I didn't. Because really, life is surely too short for this shit.

Not sure about the idea that…
"… an inexplicable group of friends (real-life sociopaths of this kind tend to be complete loners)."

Too many words? come on… its the most genuinely thoughtful analysis of this whole story - and the reasons, beyond simple gut busting laughter - that Sheen is keeping us so entertained.

Dont worry Todd; even as a confirmed fan of the drug - occasionally, these days, very occasionally - you're not missing out on much

nahh, you're right. This is flat and dull and boring
