That's pretty much exactly what I meant. I guess I wasn't clear enough.

For me personally, I just don't think the changes mesh well. Crappy looking CGI mixed in with old school puppetry and matte paintings just doesn't go well. It's like getting your peas in your mashed potatoes.

I always wished "I Wish" and "Pastime Paradise" came one after the other. To me both songs are about nostalgia…the former about fondly reminiscing about your childhood, the other a darker reality about how we make the past seem "shinier" than it really was…especially for some groups (blacks)
