Also Maurice breaking in when Ray and Nikki are in the bath is a nod to the nihilists breaking in with a ferret when the Dude is taking a bath.

The egg smashing scene is almost exactly like the scene in We Need to Talk About Kevin except with the sympathies reversed.

51 days from now is when Zachary Knighton's new sitcom 'Weird Loners' premieres.

There is also her stint on series three of 'A Touch of Cloth.'

A lot of the characters took out their aggression on a penguin substitute; the tree for Meg, the coffee mug for the woman whose whole family disappeared, the toaster oven for Kevin, and the car steering wheel for Kevin's son. They all let their anger get the better of them hence 'Penguin One, Us Zero'.

No Victarion, Aeron, or Euron Greyjoy. Are they even doing the Iron Islands story?

We also got a "With all due respect Mr. President"

They asked Varys if his little birds could make it across the narrow sea so that is probably how she will find out. But there is also Quaithe who was introduced in season two and mentioned to Jorah that she knew he betrayed Dany but she hasn't appeared since.

That kind of seems like an odd rule now given the number of characters who are on book 4/5 material: Bran, Theon, Brienne, Dany (except for Jorah's banishment), and now Sansa (if she appears again this season).

That's how it happened in the books but the show changed that plot, it was proposed that Sansa marry Loras without mention of Willas or Garlan. Then Tywin got Olena to agree to the match between Cersei and Loras by threatening to name Loras to the Kingsguard which would have removed him from being the heir to

The show has made Loras the heir to Highgarden so it seems unlikely that he'll take the white.

Kevan Lannister has been introduced in the show although he hasn't appeared on screen since Arya was at Harrenhal. I assume he's at Casterly Rock and will come to King's Landing after Tywin dies.

It's been a while since I've seen season two but didn't they have Quaithe mention that she knows of Jorah's betrayal? She could reappear and tell Dany.

The orders to kill Robert's bastards came from a dead King about a year ago - it was Joffrey in the show, Cersei in the books. The only information they had to identify Gendry was the bull's head helm which he doesn't have anymore and they believed Lommy was Gendry because of the helmet. I doubt any Gold Cloak would

I doubt show-Gendry will go back to the Brotherhood without Banners after they basically sold him to Melisandre to be sacrificed. Before he sailed away Davos said he'd be safe in King's Landing as the Gold Cloaks don't know what he looks like.

After Arya parted ways with the Brotherhood, Gendry stayed with them and doesn't turn up again until Brienne finds that inn that's ran by children (but protected by the Brotherhood) and he's doing metal work out back.

There's another pregnancy that can help track time. Lollys Stokeworth is raped in the riot at Kings Landing about half way through the second book and Cersei gets news of the birth and name of the child about half way through book four.

That makes sense, if evil Morty had a Rick brain it would explain why he needed all the tortured Mortys to keep his brain pattern hidden from the other Ricks.

Brightroar was the Lannister Valyrian steel sword, but it's been lost for hundreds of years. Gerion, Tywin's brother, went looking for it in (post-Doom) Valyria and never returned. The Lannisters aren't upstarts, they were Kings before Aegon took Westeros.
