I've seen the captains and picking explained somewhere…
I BELIEVE they draw for captains, followed by a school yard pick. School yard pick means the captain is only picking the first person on their team. Each person picked gets to make the next pick.

Also, they usually do school-yard picks. Meaning the person picked gets to make the next pick. So… Tasha picks Joe, Joe gets to pick their next team member.

Weak challenge, especially since it was so similar to last week's.

I get that Abi was the reason they targeted Woo over Savage, but I don't know what Kass had to gain from keeping Spencer. You betray your alliance to keep someone you're not going to align with? You align yourself with Abi, who is a ticking time bomb. You take out Woo, who is not a threat to win the game at all.
