I'll back Hellblazer. I've been a huge fan for ages, and the stories are consistently interesting enough for me to keep reading.

I was highly amused at Michael's declaration during his face-off with David Wallace as the MSPC entered the DM offices.

Awww, Maaaaaaan
Didn't she make several softcore films that hit heavy rotation on late-night Cinemax? If so, then damn it all — she helped usher me into manhood.

Huh.
Well, apparently that crazy bastard didn't get away with it this time. That's honestly a shocker.

Heroes Never Die
This is truly awesome news for those of us who were hoping we'd see a triumphant return here.

Well, All Right, Then
This is good news. Hopefully this sort of enterprising spirit catches on, and all of those movies long lost to us due to a lack of DVD editions will be available once more.

I'm Intrigued
I finally watched this last night with the roommate, and while I wasn't blown away, I wasn't repulsed, either; I'm cautiously curious about where it goes in the future. I love watching McShane on the screen, and I'm willing to tune in for a bit to see him. I was fond of Eamonn Walker's performance (Karim

Fuzzy Beatles Memories
I loved that damn sketch.

Maybe he's just got a bad reputation to overcome, then. Perhaps he just had a terrible period of bad behavior, possibly due to outside influences like drugs or whatever. I'm willing to accept that he could very possibly be a nice guy — hell, I'd prefer it that way.

Juggy B, you're entitled to your opinion of me as an Eastsider, and it's cool. You can hate me for living in the comfy suburbs all you want, because I know you're just jealous of my spacious two-way streets and ample parking.

Eastsider
I live in a city on Seattle's Eastside (Kirkland, for those who care), and while there's a part of me that intellectually sees this as the sad decline of the printed paper, there is a big part of me that does not care. That's the part of me that doesn't care about the news, has never read the paper, and

I'm with Spicoli. In general, I think chocolate is overrated. It does not live up to its phenomenal hype. I mean, it's good — sometimes it's even great — but it's generally just too rich and doesn't exactly light up my world, y'know?

Tamarind
Why aren't there more tamarind-flavored things in the US? I mean, I eat tamarind chutney at the Indian restaurant near my house, drink tamarind-flavored Jarritos or fruit nectar at the roach coach down the street, but most of my fellow Americans seem to have never heard of the stuff. It's delicious.

I don't want it to be over!
I'm really enjoying this show and its infinitely quotable dialogue, and I don't want it to go. I've sort of resigned myself to the fact that it won't be appreciated until it's done with and there's no chance of resurrecting it, but damn, it cracks me up.

Chase & McHale
I never hopped on the Chevy Chase hate train (though I get why other people would have, since he's apparently a total asshole) and always thought he was pretty funny (even if he chose some ridiculously awful movies to do), so I hold out hope that this'll be funny. I dig Joel McHale and think he's pretty

Cool Ranch
Just reading the words "cool ranch" together makes my tongue hurt. This cake sounds like an abomination.

Awwww…
Steve is funding students putting on his play. That's nice. And… you know, the good press doesn't hurt. It'll be a welcome change for Martin, who seems to be drawing jeers these days for his terrible taste in scripts.

Nope
I saw it last Friday, and no one walked out. Not even the couple that brought their elementary-school-aged kids.

Goodbye, Heroes
Sadly, this week is the week I decided I'm no longer tuning in for another disappointing installment of America's least-favorite superhero TV show. It's just lost me. I no longer care about a single character, plotline, or event, and I find myself bored and angry when I tune in. I held out for as long

You will not be disappointed in Burn Notice. It is a fantastic show.
