The Oscars continue to nominate filth. There was approximately one masterpiece amongst the contenders this year;the rest were garbage. The one film was War Horse, and it was mocked as undeserving. Art appreciation is dead.

His friend and mentor Jay Z would make an excellent president, yet if he were ever to run he would be mocked ceaselessly. We are stuck with the current crop of liars, hypocrites, and thieves as our leaders. How fucked we are if we continue this way.

When Kanye West took to twitter to deliver what was derogatorily referred to as a "rant", he was mocked for suggesting that a coalition of intelligent, wealthy people should attempt to help the world with original ideas. So low we have fallen.
