Glad to see Chief's still got it.
" Ooh mommy, those titties so sweet ima need an insulin injection"

I would say the Pharoah bit was probably the best thing on the entire show. I feel like too often in his impressions though we don't really get to see him take his caricatures into exaggerated context and situations which often makes them feel flat compared to McKinnon's imo.

That Rosa/Pimento office romance was so good. It's like the writers finally got to do explicit flirtatious office romance that they couldn't do in The Office.

so like you want to have a permanent honeymoon at a house in a nice suburb? Like you'd want to move there?

I dunno if this was a B+ episode for me, maybe a B- or B at best. Once again, I feel like the show is rushing through plot and world building by cramming brakebills south into a single episode. I feel like the show is actively keeping the rules of magic vague (completely skipping the original point of Brakebills South

Not great comedy. I think this is the first AVClub review where I have to disagree with the score being too high.

I'd jump at any chance to play with Cudi's little buddy although it's a lot whiter than I thought it'd be.

You think? I really don't think Grace is going to be the final girl, it's too obvious.

Between this show and Tracy Jordan's monologue, Smash is getting the most positive media coverage ever!

I still think Chanel No.3 is the best of the KKT ensemble. I don't know whether its Billie Lourd killing it or the fact that the writers have actually managed to create an intriguing but enigmatic character.

Hated this episode, alot of talking, not enough comedy or DENIS HEMPFIELD to cover up the logical fallacies. Bleh. Worst episode thus far imo.

I think the problem was Yahoo not getting worldwide rights for the amount they paid. They basically footed the whole bill but only streamed it to people in the US which just seems counterintuitive.

That Vampire Weekend tag at the end was pretty good.

I think she gets obsessed with anything tangentially related to Josh.

I don't actually think it was tone-deaf unless we're talking musically (let's be honest, most of those lyrics did not rhyme). I mean, they acknowledge that Valencia is ethnically ambiguous and teaching Yoga which is Indian in origin. I felt the Bollywood cultural appropriation was appropriate in this case.

This episode got an A from me. I thought it was fantastic, not many second episodes can come close to matching a good pilot but i think CEG did that this week. They burned through plot relatively fast too; I was expecting the whole Rebecca stalking Josh to take up a good 3-4 episodes in story arc but instead they cut

Solid episode, the timeline plot was kind of superfluous and flimsy at best as an excuse for Claire Danes to get her emmy nomination.

That episode ending. I just think these past 3 episodes have been amazing in arc. I wrote earlier in the season how i felt season 2 has been much more manic in tone as compared to season 1 but the arc of Gretchen sneaking out these past 3 episodes has slowly let the darkness creep back in and honestly, i thought the

I'm pretty sure we can all agree Dre's killed someone for Ruby already. I'm going to guess it was Pop's divorce lawyer.

Lets hope it has a better ending than the comic.
