I'm cool with Jackson and Maggie, too. I think they would be interesting.

I saw the extended edition, and assuming we're talking about the same scene, it's a shame they didn't include the whole version in the theatrical cut. It's hilarious.

I would have liked McKinnon more if she'd just toned down the goofy, over the top shtick for 5 minutes. She was more caricature than character.

I saw that on a plane, and wow, what a bad idea that was. It's not just a bad film, but I was surprised that no one got seizures from the constant flashing lights in that movie.

Especially the "Meet the …" series. The second one was horrible. Let's counter DeNiro's tight assed father figure with Stiller's parents, who are just as wacky as can be! Humping tables! Old people! Capoeiera! Over the top, and not in a good way.

Zach G's character is such a grating asshole in the 3rd film.

Same. I thought it was a really good coming of age film.

Which one? They were both crap.

I still love that movie. Just wonderfully over the top hilarity from start to finish.

Yeah, I was so confused by that. It's strongly implied throughout the film that the wives were indeed robots (Faith Hill as the ATM, Midler's character burning her hand and feeling nothing, plus the actual robot versions being kept in the laboratory/basement) but at the last minute they decided to change it?

Same, and I really enjoyed it.

The only thing I remember of that movie was that it cast nearly every up-and-coming 20-something actor: Seth Green, Jack Black, Scott Caan, Jamie Kennedy…very odd casting.

Same. I love that crazy movie. But it wasn't Barbara Hershey, it was Marsha Mason.

I agree. This isn't a Flowers in the Attic situation. Maggie and Jackson barely knew each other before their parents got married.

Hey, there's been worse pairings on this show.

No argument there. I think they did a time jump to speed through the grieving process, which I can understand. Meredith's been to hell and back. It's just that nothing about her thing with Riggs is appealing anymore. The love triangle is just stupid, and ruins all three characters in the process.

Hehe, that's how I feel about Maggie. She can be annoying as shit, but I would keep her over April. I also like DeLuca, but "ugh" to his crush on Jo.

Is Murphy still part of the main cast? Haven't seen her in weeks. She's basically a glorified extra.

I think the "chase" has dragged on too long. These two are in the same place they were at the beginning of the season. Riggs hits on Meredith, Meredith glares back, rinse, repeat. There's been a nice conversation here and there, but nothing more.

Supposedly she does, but neither actor is selling it. Riggs comes across as a moron who won't give up, Meredith just seems to genuinely dislike him. I can buy their fling in the car, but not a real relationship.
