    Fantastic film
Oddly enough, I enjoyed the hell out of it but when it ended I was like… whuh? It took discussing the movie with the person I saw it with to realize how much I really enjoyed it, which I recall happened after "No Country" and "Burn After Reading."

The original was released a few years before I was born, but I've got some nostalgia from repeat viewings, the tv show which I have on DVD, and even the damn reality show from a few years back. Can't wait, and a lot of my friends in my grad program at NYU want to see it as well.

    Slap That Bitch
"Someone really needs to slap that bitch."
    "I did!"
    "Well, look at you."

Isn't it more of the fact that it's a personality clash? Veda was just more free spirited and seductive. Depending on who they cast for it, I can definitely see it.

    Video quality
I think it gets a bit better with "The Wish," if I'm correct, but I remember "Gingerbread" looks kinda iffy too. I know by the end of the season, the video quality on the DVDs is fine.

    H.E.R.B.I.E.!
    …no?

Oh I've seen all the episodes. Mid season two, when I had time, I watched the first on DVD and downloaded the previous season 2 episodes on iTunes. I believe I caught up with "Two for the Road."

    To be fair
Some of the lovey stuffy might seem corny to you Noel, and many Lost fans that read the AV Club, but drama is about relationships. There's talk of philosophy and science on the show, and a ton of mythology to get invested in, but it's still a drama. And there's a ton of people who watch the show who don't

    Needs flashbacks
I think this show, much like Lost in its first two seasons, would heavily benefit from flashbacks to the imprints' past lives. Just like in "Needs." Because while some may claim that they think this is better than first season Buffy for me, I can't ever get to that point because as much as I love this

    Oh, I forgot
Simon did say at the end that he thinks Adam performing with Allison may have just saved her tonight. We'll see! I don't really get why the judges STILL push Danny/Adam as the final two, when it's clear Allison is stronger.

    Kelis' pregnancy
Is so deep, so deep, put her marriage to sleep.

Ah, thanks! For some reason I take a lot of the crap Ben says at face value, which is probably not a good thing.

    Fake Plane
Has it always been a mystery as to whether Widmore was responsible for the fake plane? When he announced it last night, my roommate was shocked but I wasn't, because I could have sworn we had confirmation of it from a season or two ago.

Ah, thanks! I know I saw the episode where they got the flash drive, but I think I missed the one after when that happened, then picked up with the next episode.

    Did I miss an episode?
I know I missed at least one, but I don't remember this info being in the previouslies… What happened to the two people at the FBI, the guy who directed his wife's plane to land, and the chick he was banging, who were working for Hodges? Have they been exposed already?

Yeah. Oh wow, Sex and the City did well, let's greenlight that horrid The Women. Wait…it did awful at the box office, must be because women don't see movies! No more "chick flicks."

Was Obsessed really a "surprise" hit?
It had a lot of buzz around my friends, family members, etc. Whether good or bad. Not even the fact that it's Ali Larter either, but the racial tension I'm sure did create buzz, but I think it would have been the same reaction if it was like, Sanaa Lathan as the crazy bitch.

    Campalicious
By sheer entertainment value it gets an A-/B+ from me. I mean, EVERYONE was reacting to the movie, I'm talking people of every race and age at the Times Square theater I was at. Under any other circumstance, it'd be a mess. And maybe they didn't intend for it to be so campy, but I want to believe they

    I like the photo choice
Of what should have been the bottom three. I think that they did have the three, including Lil, but they awkwardly took away her stool and never explained there were only two possible candidates left.

    Anoop
He's just BORING. I'm so confused by the fact that I wanted him in the top 12 during the audition rounds.
