Tina Fey makes 300 K an episode for the low rated 30 Rock and the Jersey Shore people get like 100 k an episode.  Given that MF is one of the top 2 sitcoms on tv and the show will make WB billions in syndication the salary increase demands are entirely reasonable from the cast.
