Was your father as bold as the sergeant major?
Well how come he told you that you hardly old enough yet?
And Jet, I thought the major was a lady suffragette.

In that vein I suggest "Elephant Talk" by King Crimson

First time my fiance ever heard that line she was like "Oh wow! That's a fantastic line. Really smart."

My favorite rhyme ever comes from Everclear's "I Will Buy You a New Life":

My favorite strained rhyme is Kanye West in "Good Morning." He changes to "Good mornian" in the chorus preceding the final verse, then does "Good mornian" again so he can rhyme with "valedictorian." He telegraphed it purposefully. It's the most Kanye thing he ever did ("Shit, someone's probably gonna call me out for

I read all this bullshit earlier and whatever.

Come on. Stop.

One of these days I won't be fooled by an A/V Club headline thinking that finally Diedrich Bader has a respectable job.

I will not take the bate

“I get to go inside-

I could never have sex with Robin Wright. The second she approaches me I'll just blurt out "Jenny? What are you doing?!"

@Quiet_Wyatt:disqus OH HOW POMPOUS. Well then I'll just take it up with Aaron myself.

“Grammys are for like music, not for money… and he’s making a lot of money. He should be happy.”

Yeah it was called Coulton vs Glee

The idea of Cowboy Troy was barely above a minstrel show. Disgraceful.

Ay, weird though. I was at a Paisley concert. At one point he does this whole shtick about the definition of being a man. Talking about how it's not right that men get manicures and go clothes shopping and are metro, etc. etc. etc.

Nope. Wanamaker's at City Hall Plaza in Philadelphia. Now it's Macy's, but it still has the gorgeous Wanamaker Eagle at the center of the main court. Every Christmas they do a tremendous light show with real organ music. The creme was the Crystal Tea Room at the top of the building. Ate there for dinner one

Yeah Coulier used "Cut it Out" on "Out of Control," which was a seminal show for me growing up. Coulier played like a news anchor or something. And the precursor to Mimi Bobeck was also on that show. Something like that.

The album "Tusk" is an all-time favorite of mine. Not one bad song (although I probably skip "Beautiful Child" more than often).

AND it ends with its cousin, "Never Forget," which is one of the most gorgeous little things McVie ever wrote. I mean, shit, she was a phenomenal California songwriter. Pleasant AM pop to the extreme. But "Never Forget" is SUCH a good song and probably influenced a couple tunes today.
