You are my wife …

The antithesis of this is "I Love Lucy." Swingin' Latin jazz song over a heart that provides backdrop for the stars' names. No frills, and tells you everything you need going in.

But the whole song is awesome. Wonderful arrangement. And it's so 60s jazz, all big and brassy with some fat bass.

That like three second open, with the big brassy 60s sounding DUM DUM DUM (flute) over the three-colored theme wipe … I LOVE that open. One of my favorite TV theme song moments.

And they were subtle changes, too. As I recall it was pretty basic at first, then slowly started adopting disco instrumentation until it was master blasting it. Then that subtly changed to something more synthesizer-centric and then, finally, orchestral. I could be totally wrong though.

I have a weird affinity for New York City circa 1977-81, even though I'm not old enough to even know it. So I love that theme and intro.

I enjoy that he lived in Astoria, but that's not accurate, cause he's not Greek or Turkish.

I once drove through downtown Cleveland blasting the Cheap Trick version of "Cleveland Rocks" from my car. Picked up three babes that day.

The stores!

Anyone ever think about the absurd juxtaposition of culture Boy Meets World attempted to represent?

Like seriously, how many times do you think she's had to lay there on the tour … Winnebago … I don't know, something overly hipster, and say:

Hey Jesse, can I get a shtickle of ephedrine?

His taqueria is a fine establishment.

MOM I SAID THIS THING THAT WAS ON ROLLERBALL ON TV AND THEN MIKEY KEPT SAYING IT HE BIT ME MOM

I bet it would've been a treasure to grow up as little Jonathan's brother.

I've always enjoyed Coldplay, but I also enjoy sweeping melodic pop. "Rush of Blood" is a terrific album. "Mylo Xzy… whatever, they are fu**ing pretentious … is okay and has some high moments, but I'd rank "Rush of Blood" and "Viva La Vida" is their best. Overreaching aside, they're solid pop rock.

Yeah that was odd. I mean, "Deserter's Songs" was a big alt album in the UK that came after "OK Computer," but that's it. Rev is more Flaming Lips (well, duh) than anything else.

And they were all yelloweugh

I was worried for a moment that nobody had yet mentioned Patton Oswalt in this thread.

You need to live like me, on the fringe, where normal is 180 BPM.
