ALL OF THEM.

That was the kind of thing that made the AV Club stand out for me in the first place: smart, insightful writing about pop-culture topics that I wouldn't have known about otherwise. There's been, uh, less of it lately.

Ohhhhh, now I get it!

Eh, she'd probably be into it, riiight up to the point when they start killing each other.

This could also work as an out-and-out comedy, where you'd expect a legion of Jokers to be the most terrifying thing in the world, but they're so addled they just wind up endlessly squabbling with each other and getting nothing done, which escalates and escalates until they end up blowing up their own hideout.

It turns out Cobb was short for Cobblepot this whole time.

Excellent choice!

Being more of a Futurama man, I'll go with "Ohhhh, we're boned."

I stand by my flip remark!

Safe, yes. Wise, no.

We can do two things!

Yeah, that really rubbed me the wrong way as well. Gotham's got too many god damn serial killers to begin with, so having the Riddler of all people run up a body count in the dozens was a deal breaker for me. For God's sake, they had the guy poison a child. I guess that's the problem of setting him up as an opponent

Hey, look at that weird mirror.

Oh johnny boy,
The pipes, the warp pipes are calling.
From Matt to Matt, with Marmite, lube, and beer.
The Disqus gone, and Level 2 is fallen.
We got, we got a fanboy over heeeeeere.

I'm running into a similar problem in my current run at the new Crash Bandicoot remastered collection. Trial and error is my least favorite method of doing anything, and having memorized and deployed an arbitrary pattern isn't a very satisfying accomplishment.

Oh man, "stud fiend," I'd forgotten all about that particular in-joke. Ah, Level 1 Gameological, you were too beautiful and presumably revenue-light for this world.
