The fastest I've ever quit a game has to be the approximately 15 minutes I put into Amnesia: The Dark Descent. But it's the game's own fault for giving me motion sickness. I never even got to see a monster, so it was essentially Gone Home if the family lived in a spooky castle instead of the suburbs.
