Yeah. It's hard to imagine that he could possibly be unaware of the reaction he's generating in the comments. Maybe his boss told him to deliberately do this? After all, it makes for more comments when the commenters are bashing the reviewer than when they are agreeing with him.

I guess we'll discuss Lorelai's crazy reaction in detail when we get to that episode (in 3 weeks' time), but I just have to add my $.02 here and say that I agree with you wholeheartedly about it, especially the 'nitwit' part. Seriously, Lorelai is supposed to be an intelligent and practical person. How can she

Yup, it's pretty bad. I wouldn't call it the worst I've ever seen, though - there are unfortunately far too many candidates vying for that spot (in real life as well as on TV).

By around the third or fourth season, it becomes pretty obvious there is no Mr Kim. Lane stops referring to her parents (plural) and talks only of her mother instead. And Mrs Kim behaves very much like a single mother, i.e. she makes unilateral decisions about Lane's future, such as picking the college Lane will

At least I didn't go to a Seventh-Day Adventist College….

Hating Jackson would be like hating puppies or teddy bears.

The purple wig looks so ridiculously fake. When Lane is freaking out about her 'dyed' hair, I just wanted to tell her 'Give a good tug, and it'll come right off.'

I disagree with a) but agree wholeheartedly with b). IMO, Seth Cohen was the only good thing about The O.C. Well, maybe Peter Gallagher's eyebrows were kind of interesting to watch as well.

I can't begin to describe how happy I am to see Lane finally getting a long-term storyline. She's one of my favourite characters on the show, but I hadn't realized until my current rewatch how little story she has in the first two seasons, and how many episodes she doesn't appear at all.

Why does the url say 'kill-me-nowthe-deer-hunters'? Looks like someone messed up. SIIIIIMMMMMSSSS!

A viewer born when these episodes aired (May 1995) would now be an adult. That's a little disturbing.

It almost felt like foreshadowing that Monica got upset on seeing a woman with twin babies. Ok, I know it's not really foreshadowing, 9 seasons prior, but it does tie in nicely to Monica getting her own set of twins in the end.

Including his grandfather (Jack), who said that Emma was his first grandchild.

IMO, the title quote of 'Haunted Leg' is possibly the funniest - or at least craziest - quote ever from GG. But of course, there's plenty of competition for that title.

Maybe they were trying to pretend that the notification went back in time a week,

I'm not sure what I dislike more - Ross and Rachel's pathetic on-again-off-again romance, or Sonia and Joe's determination to analyse every last detail of it to death.

I don't know Jonathan Silverman from anything other than this episode, but I think his 'If I see one more cup of coffee' line is good enough to earn him his own sitcom.

So how come GG wasn't mentioned in the What's on Tonight article today? Because of that, I thought there would be no review today. Of course, I'm not complaining that there is a review!

The cure is to sing the 'Small World' song over and over for the next 48 hours. Or 11 years. Whichever works better.
