They could have brought back Jenna Morasca or Sue Hawk, both of whom chose to leave All Stars I, albeit not for personal medical reasons.  Trying to think of which women, other than Kourtney this season, were medically removed from the game.

The rumors are that it's Michael Skupin, Jonathan Penner, and Russell Swan.  NOT Colton. (Why can't they ever bring women back?)

I have a feeling that 1600 Penn will be closer to The Secret Diary of Desmond Pfeiffer in quality than it will be to The West Wing.
