Oops, missed that. Thanks for clarifying.

Yeah, as I was reading this, I wondered why there was no mention of the movies. Aren't they a significant part of the show's success story? I can't think of any other animated TV series that had MULTIPLE movies released to cinemas. I never saw them, but they sounded decent, other than the last one, which was a

That's the only line I remember from this show. High five!

Some of the best, funniest editing on this series was the cuts to General Vreeland, Bullock, and Boxy finishing each other's sentences as they're all getting revved up to run Harley over in their respective vehicles.

Wow, I never imagined the A.V. Club could cover this show. What a gargantuan undertaking, given the enormous number of episodes and the fact that a single 'episode' was often several segments crammed with jokes and/or story.

The only thing "Family Guy" ever did that offended me was in that series of Emmy campaign spots in which they insulted all the other shows that were nominated. They dubbed new dialog over the scene of Stewie beating the hell out of Brian in the bathroom to threaten him about money.

Glad to see Zach warming up to Dax a bit. "Blood Oath" is another nice early more Dax-centric episode. Also, one of the first examples of how out of all the "Star Trek" spin-offs, DS9 was the one that most frequently (and lovingly) paid tribute to the original series with references to it and/or some of its

Actually, I think part of the point of The Penguin's scene here is to show that he's supposedly NOT as insane as the other Gotham criminals. That's why he's in prison instead of at Arkham Asylum with the other crazies.

I gotta admit, this desire for grades is partially an ego thing. It's vindicating to see an episode I really love get an 'A'. I also think it's sort of fun to debate over grades.
