Monday What's On Tonight: unofficial British edition
I try and avoid picking films that are on all the time, but I hadn't noticed if this one was already in the rotation. I suspect we've all already seen it anyway but it's there for those who haven't.
Yeah it gets better, and the prequel series is great too. The way I look at it, if Game of Thrones is rock and roll, Spartacus is heavy metal. You just have to adjust to a genre of storytelling in which everyone is naked and covered in blood.
The final series is called War Of The Damned and it's about the only TV I…
I too enjoyed TWQ, so it was interesting to read how much the AV Club hated it. It's very heavily slanted towards the female point of view and several of the actresses are excellent.
Apparently there were handrails on some of the staircases or something. I didn't notice, or I'm sure my enjoyment would have been…
Good catch. Although I'm not sure if I can manage a whole series of Matt Berry.

Home Grown: Breathless (9pm ITV) 1960s medical drama serial begins.
The first half hour and the last half hour probably cover everything of interest in the film. Levine has made more accomplished stuff since, though.
