They're both fantastic. I like that Nichols absolutely nails the feeling of being in a small, rural, boring town and how people would actually react to extraordinary situations in those places.

True! He's a pro.
Everything about this movie just seems really, really lazy.
They have a couple of songs that I find catchy, in a "this is such a weird combination of lyrics to put into a song that I can't get it out of my head" way. They're not very good (and I've gotten the sense that Scott Aukerman secretly thinks they're not very good), but their enthusiasm is fun, and they seem to be…
The man was a god damn national treasure.
Glee actually did a school shooting episode? How has it taken this long?
To the wonder! To the wall!
It's like calling a pelican a distaff pterodactyl.
"What was Missing" - Adventure Time
Nick singing Lady to Lindsay is possibly the most I've ever cringed while watching a show. Just thinking about it makes my body ache with humiliation.
It's so much better than it looks. Part of what makes it work is that Linklater doesn't make it a kid's movie just because it has kids in it. Jack Black's character actually has an arc, and Joan Cusack has a really fleshed-out, sympathetic character. In a kid's movie, they would just be buffoonish cartoons.
I thought Superbad was just okay, but I unabashedly love Pineapple Express. That movie is sheer, wonderful lunacy, and this just looks like the logical next step.
The Incredibles has such a perfect happy ending, though. I don't really need to know what happens next, since everybody pretty much gets what they want.
University Challenge is the one episode I can't bring myself to rewatch. If episodes of TV were judged based on their ability to inflict pain on the viewer, it would be a masterpiece.

This movie is fantastic. It might be the most accurate representation of dream logic I've ever seen (my dreams are rarely as intense as a Lynch film).
Scott Pilgrim vs. the World has a pretty worthwhile gag reel. It makes you appreciate just how difficult it must have been to maintain that manic energy and crazy blocking shot after shot.
Are you Quvenzhane Wallis?
Hi, I just saw your film on itunes and loved the hell out of it. I hope you keep making great shit.
