Wouldn't it be nice?  The truth is: Nobody goes out to make a bad movie.  They just get recognized as bad later, after they're already made.  So what do you do?  You gather all the shit ones, and stick them on slow weekends.  Then force the movie theaters to play the bad ones, or they won't get to play the good ones.
