I always thought these sorts of reviews were of the DVD/BluRay releases rather then the movies themselves.  Things like special features and transfer quality and stuff like that.  I could be mistaken, though.

They usually call the BBC stuff "Exclusive Content".  Battleground is original, I thought.  There is some Kevim Smith talk show, a morning TV recap sort of thing, The Booth At The End second season was original (not the first), and some weird guy I haven't watched yet.  I hear there is more coming.
