that's one of the things I like about Hornby's books- the endings tend to be quite pragmatic. "Juliet, Naked" is the same.

tickets are $20 for adults and $5 for kids today. Brendan McC for the win!
not just like, totally agree. it's like that 1950s Downtown rip-off thing my mum's been watching "A Place to Call Home" (?)
That's my favourite PSH performance, and I recall he was quite chuffed at the time that PT Anderson wrote the part specifically for him, which is why the character was also called Phil
from memory, Nicholas Lyndhurst (Rodney from "Only Fools and Horses") played Uriah Heep- this is the '90s adaptation with Daniel Radcliffe before he was Harry Potter?
the first time I went to France, I was really surprised about the Sunday shutdown. it felt like the early 1980s
true, Carter's got a bit more heft behind him compared to the others. but it would be wrong to keep him going because of sentiment. personally, I like having Colin Slade somewhere in the mix (but that's just overbite related)
how soon until Dan Carter's swansong. do you think?
i think you may mean the "Flanderseses"
so have you played this yet: http://www.urbandictionary….
liked for the concept of 'hard of smelling'
yeah it was my walk to work music over the (Sthn Hemisphere) winter. Mogwai also did the soundtrack for "Zildane" if you haven't seen that- directed by Douglas Gordon. seems to be something about the French-Scottish mashup
i agree…i felt letdown. but Mogwai's score is perfectly pitched, all the more remarkable because they wrote it based on synopsis before the programme had been filmed
yeah, don't go there…or their "lesbian vampire killers" movie, but it seems JC has relaxed a bit & found his talents again and i love Mat Baynton
i know, but the sketch show he did with Matt Horne was wince-inducing- made me worry about his writing abilities
oh, I remember Benedict Wong from 15 Storeys High too
The Wrong Mans with James Corden (yeah, I know, but..) and Mat Baynton is getting some good reviews. And the Ambassadors (with Mitchell & Webb) has started
yeah, and what's not to love:
tell that to Ardie Savea
yeah, if the ABs were like a standard workplace- say a Call Centre- unless you're Team Leader you're a floater now. that or Ben Smith et al are on secondment
