Is it just me, or is there a clear inconsistency with the jim subplot. in the episode where Michael and Jim were fighting over who would be manager, it was said there was no cap on commission. Now all of a sudden, without notice, there is a cap on commission? I don't feel they do a good job at…

Bourdain, though can be pretentious every once in a while, can also be very down to earth. He has always come off as very genuine and I like how he doesn't just go to the upscale "pinky in the finger" places, but some of the real american places.

Randy is much more of a bumbling doofus though. He is not the homer simpson or Peter griffin complete idiot dad. his brand of idiocy is getting sucked into the fads. many times there is a fad episode, he is a vessel for it go to through.

I totally agree. Randy is easily the best non-kid on the show…and may be arguably better than some of the kids. Its also unfortunate that glee did something about tater tots and that was all I could think of…

I thought "Make 'Em Laugh" wasn't terrible per se, but wasn't anything to write home about and felt unnecessary.

I agree with Idiotking above (somewhere in this mess of posts) that Blaine is a bland character. However Darren Criss is awesome and this is another case of a badly used actor on this show.

I agree with you Beautyistruth. At its best, it is one of the most accurate depictions of College life. However, it gets crappy real quick.
