It's awful. The hangover lasts a thousand years,

I think it's time to pitch my sci-fi Beowulf series. It's 2140, and hi tech bounty hunter Wolf has just stopped a genetically enhanced killer with a robot arm from terrorising Heorot City. The mayor likes Wolf's style and keeps him on retainer to solve the city's crime problem. But neither know that the killer was

"You wanted to see me, Zuss?"

"Okay, in the report you say it was just a flesh wound, and he was fine when you left him."

You haven't? Oh buddy, you're missing out. Lightly fried with some garlic and a little thyme, magnifique!

"Don Draper is an ad man in the 1960s. He can sell anything, even the idea of Don Draper. But who is the man beneath the pitch? Who is anyone in the turbulent America of the 60s? That's what our show comes to grips with."

Our cop character shoots the armed perp, then pulls off his uniform to reveal surgical scrubs and starts to operate, while yelling, "Damnit, don't you die on me!"

An 'Odd Couple' type show about two roommates, uptight John Law and fun-loving Frank Order, who got up to wacky hijinks and also found a dead body at the start of each episode.

Star of … I want to say 'Castle'?

Every time they visit the office of their tech support guy ("He's a real wizard with computers") they'll ask his assistant, "Is Merle in?"

Maybe his crime solving is a form of community service after attacking several cell phone towers he believed to be giants.

Morgana come, I can promise you.

Okay, but how does Munch fit into it?

Leave space (in your cast) for Jesus, kids.

"We need to get a few more takes."

I just did an image search for Shannon Purser and wow. The hair and makeup team on Stranger Things pulled off some fucking miracles to make it seem like Steve, Jonathon and every other straight guy around wouldn't have been breezing right by Nancy to get Barb's number.

I'm against this strategy of Whovian appeasement. It'll only come back to haunt us.

I wonder how they pitched it to him: "Hey Jason, remember when you were on a generation-defining 90s sitcom that arguably ended before devolving into complete mediocrity? Want to guest star on a generation-defining 90s sitcom that didn't?"
