I know it's fantasy….I get it being an action film….but from what the Adverts depict the President is basically "Jamie Foxx" wearing a suit. Foxx portraying the President is unrealistic and distracting to the point that I can't "buy in" to the story. Now Channing Tatum IS ridiculous… but so were every 80's and 90's …

That fact that Jamie Foxx was cast as the President of the United States reinforces how stupid people are. The commercials make this eye-roller look worse with each successive ad.
