Breaking Bad.

Yup. I knew what Damon was planning as soon as he woke Kai up. In a weird sort of big-picture way, I don't really mind that the best intentions ended up making everything all FUBAR. It's much more exciting and true to the characters than, say, Enzo's dumb vendetta against Stefan, or the sheer quantity of deaths that

That was barely even torture by TVD standards.

Sweetie, are you asking for TVD writers to craft thorough and sensible explanations?

It's not rape if she's dead!

Is Kid Rock YOUR uncle, too?

It's really the natural outcome of giving a mouse a cookie, when I think about it.

Maybe it only heals injuries that a vampire could conceivably sustain. Vampires can't get sick, so there would be no reason for their healing abilities to cure sickness. As for why it speeds up the cancer, I guess we'll have to wait.

I doubt we'll see her again since she and Paul Wesley got divorced last year.

Very much, but he makes it work.

Well, he is a gay character, so he never really had the best life expectancy.

I didn't get why Jo didn't channel Damon or something. Bonnie was having nosebleeds in S2 and she got around it by channeling elements and people and so on. I get that Jo forgot how to do magic or whatever, but this seems pretty basic, especially if she grew up with a magic family.

That kiss was so epic that I completely forgot about it until I read your comment!

Matty Blue Eyes. Ugh. I keep hoping that all his, "Gosh, supernatural beings kill people, huh?" whining will lead somewhere, but I know they just don't have the guts to turn him into a Tripp Fell or whatever. It would be so nice to see the humans posing a real threat to the supernaturals, though.

Yup, yup, yup. I don't even remember why Enzo made Stefan kill him, but it made no sense last season— immediately after dying, he haunts people to make sure they bring him back to life. Um . . . maybe there would have been a way to avoid that? He's just a character who does things "because plot." It's so annoying.

Yeah, TVD is so lacking in eye candy of the male sort! What will we do without him?

I was SO happy when I heard he was leaving.

Enzo started to go stale last season; he's just pointless by now.

I'll be super upset if she dies. But I also don't want to see her turn into a vampire. I'm not sure if there's a third option. I hope there is. :(
