Dammit, I had finally gotten "Roses" out of my head years after hearing it, only to have it come flying back in, like flies flying to poo-poo-poo. Blergh!

Around 35, if you're me (who's, sigh, over 35 and trying to keep some sort cultural relevance until I'm 49 and officially "dead" to advertisers), you start using this very site to keep track of this stuff so that you know what to mock semi-intelligently. I think of it as more an "ecosystem" than a "club."
Yep. In fact, O'Neal even comments on it in the very article you're commenting on!
A cursory Google search of "green auras" also reveals that the "green" may not be in all the money that is derived from being the overprivilegedclearly racially oppressed offspring of celebrity, but of all the growing and natural balance his rhymes provide. That "stoop shit" is nurturing on multiple levels, it seems!
Not all of them. I remember feeling actually kinda bad for the Trix rabbit, who just wanted to try the damn things over the taunting objections of the hording children.
DD, eh? In this version George Bailey is born with a big ol' set of knockers?
"Oh, whacking day, oh, whacking day!" - one of the best Simpsons episodes
I read that and just thought "ouch."
I feel like I missed what the "TI forum" is in some thread back when NuDisqus was being talked about. Is it some sort of regionals for discussing pop culture?
Right now all the review links take me to review/movie (in other words, a broken link) instead to the actual movie reviews, which is mildly vexing to be sure. Also, I had to sign out and sign back in again to comment at all since it keeps logging me out (maybe it's trying to tell me something?).
As a New York resident (actually in the city!), I never think about your pizza either, so it's fair. While I have had Chicago pizza and personally do not care for it (OMG, it was like eating a loaf of bread that someone soaked in grease), I'm sure there is room is this wide-wide world for both to co-exist.
"Then we'd all watch football, which in those days was called baseball…"
I'll have to check them out, though his reviews of Project Runway are a zillion times more interesting than the actual show.
"Owwwww…." - my brain just now, after reading that.
She was amazing in the current Pippin revival, so good for her!
*puts a pin on grenade, throws at crowd, then goes home and sleeps on a pile of money with many beautiful ladies*
Grendel's mother randomly: "Beowulf, the results are back and I definitely have breast cancer. Now, let's battle."
That would explain all the out-of-place establishment shots of San Francisco randomly jammed into this old tale.
As I have mentioned in a comment before in another article, I read the Teti-era reviews of Project Runway when I need to smile.
You gon' wash all that shit, clean all that shit, or whatever whatever whatever.
