Whoa, boyo. "Drive-by" was probably my favourite episode. "I don't want my customers complaining the fruit tastes like New Zealanders." Plus Albi the Racist Dragon and, yes, I am a fan of Leggy Blonde…

Well, checking your mbtu, I find you already asked switters that very question. And got a "no." Too bad, we could have all gone for a beer.
Twiffer!

Similarly, I too am unable to post my own comments, only other people's comments. This comment, for example, was written by C.H.O.M.P.S.
Your employers are fascists? Just a guess. I use IE at work and can post fine.
Something like this:
Did you hear that Rock Hudson died in a car accident?
THAT FUCKING SHIT DID NOT DISAPPOINT. ID RUB THAT INTERVIEW IN A PAPER CUT JUST TO FEEL THE PAIN.
No one has registered "Frank Darabont" and "Frank Darabont's Original Draft" yet? I find that hard to believe.
You have that power.
Nina Simone
Oddly, my first exposure to Nina Simone was through the Bridget Fonda movie "Point of No Return." At least that movie was good for one thing.
It makes me sad that an affectionate remark about Nathan has been hijacked thus.
Okay, is it just me
or when Nathan says "Riiiight" to Tasha (in the Hancock podcast too) does it totally remind you of that Bill Cosby "Noah and God" bit? (With less sarcasm, but still)
Agreed. I saw it (twice) a few years ago when it was making the arthouse rounds, and I bored everyone I knew silly raving about it for weeks afterward. Definitely on my shortlist for Best. Movie. Ever.
It claimed it tried to brake, but it's a lying bastard — I saw it all from my living room window, and it didn't even swerve.
I for one would welcome more discussion of Bob Gainey. Was last year a fluke, or has his long-term plan for the Canadiens started paying off? As one who loudly criticized him for drafting Carey Price above Gilbert Brule, I'm glad for this chance to give the man his due.
Please don't make too many changes to the commenting system. Simple (like fire) is good, and the slightly wild west atmosphere here is part of the charm. I would hate to imagine that one day down the line, the AV Club comments section will ossify into something like Slate's Fray.
How about Popeye? How's he looking these days?
Altman month
Does Pret-a-Porter still suck?
