It has to be a bland C+/-, right? After the 1993 debacle, there’s no way they’ve any appetite for risk.

“Journalism”? Uhhhh, yeah, that’s what this site is! Real, bona-fide, journalism! Notify The Peabody Awards! The AVC is The Papers now, Pal!
The critiques I’ve read also say the *role* draws attention to the disparity, ie, if we can’t squint and imagine he’s ~16 and naive, he just seems like some kind of sociopath.
The news has since gone from outrageously depressing back to mostly just depressing. My consumption has similarly cratered.
I’m also curious what’s meant by “gets their news”. Does it mean they saw someone posted “RIP Queen Elizabeth” and that was that, or they “got the news” then went over to google/cnn/etc for the bigger story.
How are we not supposed to read that as the Tundra Turd Pro?
Stupid. They were mostly stupid.
...and also not because “it was some people who briefly dated and got pregnant unexpectedly and decided to roll with it.”
There’s a script? I thought I was watching a series of brief Law & Order outtakes spliced with some Saw sequels and a forgotten 1990s NIN video or two.
I dunno, in a world where the mean US voter is a 59 year old white man with a high school diploma, that number doesn’t seem too high.
Never saw PI, but man, I want that show. I *only* watch the panel on RT.
I watch the show, but I watch it despite Bill Maher (ff past the monolog, ends at the words “NEW RULES!”)
That’s how I saw it ~15 years ago, and how I rewatched the sequels for the first time since then last week.
I DONT CARE ABOUT THIS PERSON I HAVE VERY STRONG FEELINGS ABOUT.
BOOOOOO!
That eulogy reminds me of a certain wedding toast I recall where a dude spent the whole time ranting about having a job stolen from him.
I don’t understand what halcyon movie going experience it is people are chasing. I’m middle aged, and from what I can tell the “experience” is as good as its ever been. The screens, sound, chairs, facilities, etc are all superior to 30 years ago, and resultantly it’s more expensive/commercial....fine.
It would have to be waaay up there for him to have a dude’s face come through his windshield and mistake it for a deer or marmet or whatever.
Can’t say I listen to the dude, but on the radio I heard “27 tracks and guest appearances everywhere”, and my first thought was “oooooh noooo”.
Seems like the most prudent thing to do would be to build in flashing-lights detection that LOUDLY prompts the driver to take control. If there are emergency vehicles, construction flashers, oncoming cars flashing high-beams, etc., the driver’s hands should be at 10 & 2.
